Many of you who came to Ramnad to participate at the recently concluded Metagoshin Prophetic Conference and those who saw the conference live on Angel TV were awed to see the beautiful new sanctuary of the Prophetic Centre.

At the cornerstone laying ceremony in 2007 the Word of the Lord came to me: This building is not to be a church but a sanctuary for Me to come and dwell. This place will be a Prophetic Centre where people from all over the world will come to learn the ways of God, the deeper mysteries of God, and see the awesome power of God in demonstration. This will be the Lord’s dwelling place. The Lord kept emphazing the word: This is My dwelling place. Later Prophet Vincent Selvakumar in his concluding prayer said: I am surprised to hear the words, I want to dwell in this place from our dear brother Sadhu. For those were the same words the Lord spoke to me concerning this place.

As usual, we really understand very little of God’s real plans and neither do we take time to understand and seek His plans. Several years passed by. As an eagle stirs up the nest, when the time for God’s purposes to mature came the Lord God began to shake us up to realize His higher purposes. The Lord spoke to re-order the purpose of the building from a church to a prophetic center. The decision was then made in October 2010 to add another floor to the present single floor building. The works that began in January 2011 moved slowly at a snail’s space due to lack of funds.

By June 2011 a rough skeletal second floor was constructed with the little funds we had. Again it came to temporary halt for lack of funds. But on July 25, 2011 while I was on a 7-day fast I was taken in the Spirit before the Council of Prophets in heaven. (Later I came to understand that this is the council mentioned in Amos 3:7.) There I was given the mandate to build the Prophetic Centre for the last days’ purposes of God. In another visitation before the Council of Prophets on July 27, 2011, I was shown a detailed blueprint of the interior and exterior building design, the color of the walls and floor tiles, the manner in which the stage was to be designed with Roman-type pillars, sound acoustics for the building, landscape for the entire building to look like a nice garden, Jerusalem-stones for the compound wall and for the entire building and a state-of-the-art sound system.

Needless to say I was “blown-out-of-my-mind” at this awesome responsibility given to an insignificant person like me. I realized this was how the Prophet Moses received the plan for the tabernacle (Ex 25:8,40; 26:30; 27:8; Heb 8:5). The King David too received a similar plan for building the temple which King Solomon later built (1 Chr 28:9-11).

Furthermore, I was charged that the building must be made ready to hold the Metagoshin Prophetic Conference in October 2011. How can a world-class building with state-of-the-art facilities be ready in two months? To make a long story short for now, by the grace of God 80% of the building was completed in time for the conference to be conducted unhindered. The 1000 people who came to the conference and the millions who saw the conference live on TV and on the Internet were shocked to hear testimonies how the building was completed in record time.

As grand as it looks, the building is still not 100% completed. The air-conditioning system is not installed yet; the landscaping is not done yet; the entire building is not covered with Jerusalem-stones yet; an elaborate office complex (another blue-print that was given to me from heaven) for the last days’ work is yet to be done.

By now you may wonder why such a building is needed for these last days. Shouldn’t the money be well spent for preaching the gospel? In all humility let me say this, the Lord God Himself mandated me to build this place for Him to come and dwell. He said: I have chosen this place for Myself (cp. 2 Chr 7:12). In this place the following activities will take place.

1. In this place The Lord’s Army consisting of children, youths and seniors will be trained for the last days’ ministry (Joel 2:1-11, 28-29).
   
   
2. In this place Pastors will be trained on how to bring in the last days’ harvest into God’s kingdom and how to nurture the believers to become mature sons of God.
   
   
3. In this place The Mysteries of God will be revealed and taught. This is something which even the angels are anxious to know (1 Pe 1:12; Rev 10:7).
   
   
4. In this place Commandments for the Millennium living and instructions for life in heaven will be taught.  
   
   
5. In this place The Powers of the Age to Come which have been kept hidden till now, will be taught and demonstrated for the whole world to see.
   
   
6. In this place the Last Days’ Prophetic Company will be trained to flow in the prophetic gifts like how the Prophet Samuel conducted his school of the prophets.
   
   
7. This is the Dwelling Place for the Saints in Glory to complete their part in the last days’ ministry (cp. Heb 11:40)
   
   
8. This is the Command Centre - Headquarters for the Angels to be stationed on earth to engage in spiritual warfare and work together with the last days’ prophetic body of Christ.
   
   
9. This is the Headquarters for the coordination of the last days’ prophetic ministry that will be done all over the world.
   
   
10. This is the Armory of God’s Spiritual Weapons for the last days’ warfare.
    
    
11. This is the Depository of God’s Scrolls. Scrolls of the destiny of nations, kings, princes and people will be deposited in this place to be made known at its appropriate time.
    
    
12. This is the Gateway – Portal for Heaven. Believers will experience spiritual visitations like Jacob did (cp. Gen 28:11-22).

Beloved saints, the Lord God has counted us true and faithful to be entrusted with such an awesome responsibility. You too can have a part in this last days’ work. We need another `1 crore (US$200,000; S$260,000; €150,000; £130,000; A$200,000) to complete this project. This sure looks like an enormous amount for a single person. But we can all have a part and do something about it. The entire perimeter of the building is 10,000 sq. ft. So, that works out about `1,000 per sq. ft. (US$20; S$25; €20; £20; A$20). I can now hear you say, Oh! That’s affordable! I feel the same way too.

If each one of you can contribute for at least one sq. ft. or more according to your ability you can help build God a sanctuary – a dwelling place. This building must be completed before March 2012 for the grand inauguration. I was told to dedicate and anoint the building on the very same day as the Prophet Moses set up the tabernacle (cp. Ex 40:2).

As the children of Israel gave generously with a willing heart an offering for the building of the tabernacle (Ex 25:2-8), and as the wise men brought gifts for the baby Jesus (Matt 2:11), will you give a special gift this Christmas for God’s dwelling place?
